1. Plans

Resumae offers a free tier with limited AI tailoring — no payment required.

2. Billing & Renewal

Pro subscriptions automatically renew each month via Stripe. If payment fails, we may retry and suspend premium features until payment is resolved.

3. Cancel Anytime

Cancel via Account Settings or email support@resumae.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Pro access until then. No partial refunds for mid-period cancellation.

4. Refunds

Request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal by emailing support@resumae.xyz with the email on your account. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests after the 7-day window.
  • Free-tier usage or partial months after cancellation.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our terms.

5. Your Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. See our Terms of Service for general terms.
