1. Agreement

By using Resumae (https://app.resumae.xyz), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Resumae is an AI-assisted resume tailoring tool. You paste a job description, build or upload a resume, and our service generates tailored content you can export to PDF or DOCX.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Scrape or automate access beyond personal use.

5. AI Content

AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review all generated content before submitting it to employers. We do not guarantee job offers or interview invitations.

Avoid entering highly sensitive information (government IDs, medical records, or financial account details) unless necessary.

6. Plans & Billing

We offer a free tier and a Pro subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. For pricing, cancellation, and refunds, see our Plans & Billing policy.

7. IP & Termination

You retain ownership of your resume content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account anytime via Settings; data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability & Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumae is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
