For billing, technical issues, or account help, email support@resumae.xyz. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
What to include
To resolve things in one reply, include the email address on your account, the plan you are on, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help with visual issues, and error messages copied exactly as they appear help with technical ones. If a problem is intermittent, note roughly when it occurred so we can match it to our logs.

- Billing and account questions: within 2 business days.

- Privacy requests: acknowledged within 48 hours.

Privacy requests
For data access, correction, or deletion, email the same address with PRIVACY REQUEST in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to fulfil requests within 30 days.
Security reports
To report a security issue, email support@resumae.xyz with SECURITY in the subject line.
When we read email
Support is monitored Monday to Friday during business hours. Messages arriving on weekends or public holidays are answered in the order received once the next business day starts. Urgent security issues should still use the SECURITY subject line so they are prioritised.
Common questions
Where is my invoice? Stripe emails a receipt for every charge, and Account Settings lists your billing history.
Can I change my plan? Yes, from Account Settings at any time. See Plans & Billing for how renewals and cancellations work.
Do you offer phone support? Not at the moment. Email keeps a written record of every request and lets us loop in specialists quickly.
I found a bug. Email us the steps to reproduce it and what you expected to happen; we will pass confirmed reports to the product team.
