Agreement

By using WorkHunt (https://workhunt.ai), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The service

WorkHunt uses AI to tailor your resume to a job. You paste a job description, build or upload a resume, and export the tailored version as PDF or DOCX.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to it, or disrupt it.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Scrape it, or automate access beyond personal use.

AI content

AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Check everything it writes before you send it to an employer. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers.

Do not enter government ID numbers, medical records, or bank details unless the application needs them.

Plans & billing

There is a free plan and a Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly or annually, as you choose, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are covered in our Plans & Billing policy.

IP & termination

You keep ownership of your resume content. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, and your data is then removed as our Privacy Policy describes.

Liability & law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkHunt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
